Az emberi erőforrás azokat az embereket jelenti, akik egy cég, egy üzleti szektor, egy gazdaság munkavállalóit adják. Érthetjük úgy is, hogy a munkapiacon jelen lévő emberek összessége alkotja a gazdaság számára az emberi erőforrás – nemzetközi elnevezéssel human resources – potenciális munkavállalóit. A cigány lakosság elvileg, elméletileg lehetne a humán erőforrásnak a gazdaság fejlődése számára hasznos és fontos hányada, problémát jelent azonban, hogy jelentős hányaduk még ma is munkanélküli – annak ellenére, hogy bevonásuk gazdaságunk működése szempontjából is fontos lenne. Miben áll az előrelépés lehetősége? |“Human resources” refers to the people who provide the employees of a company, a business sector, an economy. We can also understand that the totality of people present on the labor market represents the potential employees of the human resource for the economy. In theory, the Gypsy population could be a useful and important part of the human resources for the development of the economy, but it is a problem that a significant part of this population is still unemployed even today – despite the fact that their inclusion would be important from the point of view of the operation of our economy. What is the obstacle to this or the possibility of progress?
