A digitális és a pedagógiai ismeretek alkalmazása és jelentősége a szakképzésben az oktatás szempontjából

Napjainkban az oktatás rendszerében fontos szerepet kapott a digitális és a pedagógiai ismeretek alkalmazása. Folyamatosan fejlődő technológiai követelményeket szükségszerűen kell követnie a szakképzésnek. Ehhez elengedhetetlen a szakképzésben oktatók digitális és pedagógiai ismereteinek fejlesztése, naprakésszé tétele. Ez a feladat az oktatók számára kiemelt jelentőségű, mivel ezekkel az kompetenciákkal válnak alkalmassá, hogy a diákokat motiválják, velük képesek legyen generációtól függetlenül kommunikálni, valamint a tanulás, tudásmegszerzés szerinti igényüket felkelteni, a személyiségüket fejleszteni. Így segíthetik a diákokat, hogy alkalmasak legyenek az ipari, gazdasági kihívásokkal, elvárásokkal szemben. Emiatt fontos, hogy az oktatók rendelkezzenek mind digitális, mind pedagógiai kompetenciákkal, valamint, hogy ezeket az ismereteiket folyamatosan fejlesszék, bővítsék. Természetesen elengedhetetlen az oktatási rendszer támogatása, a tanárképzés ez irányú fejlesztése. Pedagogical and digital competence plays an intereasingly important role in the current education system. Technology is developing rapidly so teachers must also be prepared to use digital tools in educational processes. The teacher has special role in the development of digital competence, since he is the one who „gives” the basic knowledge and makes him motivated. To apply digital competences teacher must also have the appropriate skills. Advances in digital competencies allow teachers to work with new methods and tools, make their lessons more interesting and help students learn more effectively. It also helps teachers to meet the chellenges and demands of the digital world. Pedagogical competence in this context means not only the transfer of knowledge, but also the development of students’ personalities and the stimulation of their critical thinking. This makes it important for the teacher to meet the critical standards set by the students.The continuous development of the teaching profession and the importance of teacher trainig are particulary emphasized in this regard. Teachers must have the opportunity to learn about new technologies and know how to use them in the educational process. It’s crucial for teachers in vocational training that the pedagogical and digital competences are acquired at an appropriate level and that the teacher is able to arouse and maintain the students’ interest to go into production armed with good professional skills. Therefore, it’s extremely important that instructors have both pedagogical and digital competencies and that they continuously develop them. And the education system must support the professional development of teachers and the teaching of digital competences in the field of teacher training. Only in this case will we be able to prepare our students for the challenges of the age and for exploiting its opportunities.
