Célkitűzés: A kutatás a Budapesti Jahn Ferenc Dél-pesti Kórház és Rendelőintézet stroke-ellátási időfaktorait kívánja ismertetni, továbbá azt, hogy ezen idők hogyan befolyásolták a betegek gyógyulását. Célja a figyelemfelhívás az időveszteségek csökkentésére, a betegek gyógyulási esélyének növelésére. Anyag és módszer: A kutatás papíralapú és elektronikus dokumentáció áttekintése alapján került elvégzésre, önellenőrzésként pedig interjúk is készültek. A vizsgálatba 2023.01.01–2023.06.30. közötti időszakban ischaemiás stroke-on átesett, 18 év feletti betegek adatai kerültek beválasztásra. Eredmények: A beérkezéstől számított maximum 10 percen belül 95%-ban megtörtént a triázs és 83%-ban 15 percen belül az első orvosi vizsgálat is. A vérrögoldó kezelésre a betegek 19%-a volt alkalmas. A Magyar Stroke Társaság STT, DTT, OTT, DIT ajánlott időit 76-95%-ban sikerült tartani. Következtetések: Az intézményben zajló akut betegellátást összességében jó ellátási idők, összehangolt teammunka és a dokumentációs fegyelem betartása jellemezte. | Purpose: The research intends to describe the stroke care time factors of the Budapest Jahn Ferenc Dél-pest Hospital and Clinic. how these times affected the recovery of patients. Its purpose is to draw attention to the reduction of time losses and to increase the chances of patients’ recovery. Methods: The research was carried out based on a review of paper-based and electronic documentation, and interviews were also conducted as a self-check. The investigation is from 01.01.2023 to 06.30.2023. data of patients over 18 years of age who had an ischemic stroke in the period between Results and conclusion: 95% of the triage took place within 10 minutes of arrival and 83% of the first medical examination took place within 15 minutes. 19% of patients were suitable for hemostatic treatment. The recommended times of STT, DTT, OTT, DIT of the Hungarian Stroke Association were kept in 76-95%. Conclusions: Overall, the acute patient care in the institution was characterized by good care times, coordinated team work and adherence to documentation discipline
