A vasúti rendszer összetett működésének megértéséhez a rendszeren belüli folyamatok, és az azok közötti bonyolult hatáskapcsolati rendszer feltárása szükséges. A vállalaton belül működő folyamatmenedzsment feladata, hogy dokumentálja a folyamatokat, a folyamatok működésének értékeléséhez alakítson ki mérőszámrendszert, amely megmutatja azok eredményességét, belső működésének megfelelőségét, továbbá támogassa a működést javító, helyesbítő, fejlesztő munkát. Az összefoglaló a svájci, az osztrák és a magyar vasúti folyamatmenedzsment rendszer kialakítását, működését és jövőbeni fejlesztését mutatja be. = To understand the complex functioning of the railway system, it is necessary to explore the processes within the system and the complex system of effect relationships among them. The task of the process management operating within the company is to document the processes, to develop the system of measure to evaluate the operation of the processes, which shows their effectiveness, the adequacy of their internal operation, and also to support the work that improves, corrects, and develops the operation. The article is a summary of the creation, operation and future development directions of the Swiss, Austrian and Hungarian railway process management systems.
