A tanulmányban a felzárkózó településeken zajló kutatási eredmények és a segítőtevékenység, a Jelenlét program keretein belül végzett szociális munka és közösségfejlesztés mindennapi gyakorlatának bemutatására törekszünk tíz Baranya megyei település tükrében. Az írás célja, hogy ismeretekkel szolgáljon a felzárkózó településeken megvalósuló szakmai tevékenységekről, illetve információt nyújtson e települések társadalmáról, gazdaságáról, a családokban zajló értékváltozásokról. A tanulmány fókuszában a Sellyei járás négy felzárkózó településén 2019 tavasza óta zajló kutatás eddigi eredményei állnak. A vizsgálat a társadalmi hierarchia alján elhelyezkedő hátrányos helyzetű, gyermekes háztartásokra és tagjaikra, a családi szerepekre, értékekre, konfliktusokra, valamint ezek összefüggéseiben a kulturális dimenziókra koncentrál. Jelen tanulmány érdekességét az adja, hogy a szerzők szakmai munkatársakként részt vesznek a Felzárkózó települések programban, így kutatói és megvalósítói szemszögből is bemutatják gyakorlati tapasztalataikat. = Within the framework of this study, we aim to present the everyday practices and models of the helping activities, presence-based social work and community development in catch-up settlements (hereafter: FETE) in the light of 10 catch-up settlements located in Baranya County. The purpose of the study is to provide additional knowledge about the professional activities and model practices taking place in catch-up settlements. On the other hand, it should provide information about the society and economy of the settlements where the catch-up program is implemented, as well as the value changes taking place in families. The study focuses on the results of the research that began in the spring of 2019 and is taking place in the 4 catch-up settlements (FETE) of the Sellye district. The investigation focuses on disadvantaged households with children located at the bottom of the social hierarchy and their members, family roles, values, conflicts, and the cultural dimensions in their context. What makes this study interesting is that the authors, as implementers, also participate in the catch-up settlements program as professional colleagues, and as a result, the current FETE points, their operation, their practical experiences, and model programs are presented from the perspective of researchers and implementers as well.
