In everyone’s life comes the ti me when they leave the parental house. Aft er graduati ng from school we are searching for a job or planning our future life with our partner. A personal life requires an own fl at, but not just fl at. A fl at means home, too. This is a place where you can go home. This is a place where someone is waiti ng for you. The home is the island of balance. It means a stati on, from where it is always possible to leave from and is always possible to return to. To have your own fl at means you put something personal into it. You put a bunch of fl owers on the table or family photos. In the course of ti me the fl at becomes a HOME. If you achieve it, it means: you are not homeless in this world.
