A disszertáció bevezet egy új fogalmat, az ars elugendi kifejezést, ami azért szükségszerű, hogy a gyászfolyamatot tekintve, ne csak a gyász feldolgozása, hanem a gyászra való felkészülés is fókuszpontba kerüljön. Természetesen nem szakítható el az ars moriendi jelenségétől, de a halálfogadásban és a gyászfolyamat során hangsúlyt fektet a gyászra való felkészülésre, valamint a gyászfolyamatban való előrehaladásra a gyászszokások gyakorlása által is. / The dissertation introduces a new term, ars elugendi, which is necessary to focus not only on the process of grieving, but also on the preparation for grief. Of course, it cannot be separated from the phenomenon of ars moriendi, but it also emphasizes the preparation for mourning in the reception of death and the mourning process, as well as the progression through the mourning process by practicing mourning rituals.
