A Szegedi Tudományegyetem azért hozta létre kutatási adatrepozitóriumát, hogy kielégítse a kutatási adatok teljes körű kezelése kapcsán növekvő igényeket egy holisztikus, életciklus-alapú RDM-keretrendszerrel párosítva. A lehetséges szoftvermegoldások összehasonlítása után az InvenioRDM-et választottuk aktív nyílt forráskódú ökoszisztémája, skálázható architektúrája és natív DOI-támogatása miatt. Az Invenio-t teljes egészében lefordítottuk magyarra, integráltuk az egyetem Keycloak SSO-rendszerével, és egy közösségi alapú szerepkörrendszerrel konfiguráltuk, amely finomhangolt hozzáférés-vezérlést tesz lehetővé. Az adatrepozitórium a FAIR-elveket a DataCite-kompatibilis alapsémán keresztül valósítja meg, és a tervek szerint a HUN-REN ARP Sémaregiszter keretében társfeljesztett, diszciplína-specifikus kiterjesztésekkel bővül. A láthatóság növelése érdekében OAI-PMH aratás és helyi keresőrendszeri integráció bevezetése zajlik, a platform pedig már most támogatjaa nagy méretű fájlok feltöltését. Hosszú távú terveink között szerepel a föderáció az European Open Science Clouddal (EOSC) és a felvétel a Clarivate Data Citation Indexébe.Kulcsszavak: kutatási adatmenedzsment, adatrepozitórium, Invenio Data repository project at the University of SzegedThe University of Szeged launched its research data repository to meet growing institutional demand for end-to-end research data management, pairing staff training and needs assessments with a holistic, life-cycle RDM framework. After comparing the possible software solutions, we chose InvenioRDM for its active open-source ecosystem, scalable architecture and native DOI support. Invenio was fully translated into Hungarian, integrated with the university’s Keycloak SSO and configured with a community-based roles system that enables fine-grained access control. The data repository implements FAIR principlesthrough the DataCite-compliant core schema and according to the plans with some discipline-specific extensions co-developed through the HUN-REN ARP Schema Registry. OAIPMHharvesting and local discovery integration are being added to broaden visibility andthe platform already supports large file uploads. Long-term plans target federation withthe European Open Science Cloud and inclusion in Clarivate’s Data Citation Index.Keywords: research data management, data repository, Invenio https://doi.org/10.31915/NWS.2025.22
