A mesterséges intelligencia (MI) rohamos terjedése a felsőoktatásban egyszerre jelent új lehetőségeket és komoly kihívásokat. Míg az MI olyan előnyökkel kecsegtet, mint a személyre szabott tanulás, a virtuális asszisztensek és az adaptív módszerek (Európai Bizottság, 2022; Chen et al., 2020) addig a hallgatói plagizálás, az MI-alapú értékelés (Szűts, 2024), a források megbízhatatlansága és az adatvédelmi aggályok komoly problémákat vetnek fel.Ez a kutatás azt vizsgálja, hogy a hazai és nemzetközi felsőoktatási intézmények milyen szabályokkal és irányelvekkel igyekeznek kezelni az MI hallgatói és oktatói szintű felhasználását. Nyilvánosan elérhető intézményi dokumentumok elemzésével a cél egy átfogó helyzetkép készítése a jelenlegi szabályozási gyakorlatokról, valamint a hallgatókat és oktatókat érintő kihívások bemutatása.A Kulturális és Innovációs Minisztérium EKÖP-24 kódszámú Egyetemi Kutatói Ösztöndíj Programjának a Nemzeti Kutatási, Fejlesztési és Innovációs Alapból finanszírozott szakmai támogatásával készült.Kulcsszavak: mesterséges intelligencia, tartalomelemzés, szabályzatok, javaslatok, felsőoktatás The Role and Regulation of Artificial Intelligence in Higher EducationThe rapid proliferation of artificial intelligence (AI) in higher education presents both new opportunities and serious challenges. While AI offers benefits such as personalized learning, virtual assistants, and adaptive methods (European Commission 2022; Chen et al., 2020), issues like student plagiarism, AI-based assessment (Szűts, 2024), the unreliability of sources, and data privacy concerns pose significant problems.This research examines the regulations and guidelines that domestic and international higher education institutions are implementing to manage the use of AI by students and instructors.
