A felsőoktatási könyvtáraknak mindig nagy hangsúlyt kellett fektetniük felhasználóik képzésére. Az egyetemi hallgatók, a doktoranduszok és az oktatók számára a szükséges szakirodalom biztosítása önmagában messze nem elegendő. A különböző olvasótípusok eltérő igényei szerint kialakított többkomponensű szolgáltatáspalettát ezzel együtt rendszeresen meg is kell újítani, ahogyan a modern könyvtárakkal szemben támasztott elvárások is folyamatosan átalakulóban vannak.Kulcsszavak: felhasználóképzés, oktatás, könyvtári szolgáltatások, Szeged, SZTE Klebelsberg Könyvtár, SZTE Klebelsberg Könyvtár User training levels at the SZTE Klebelsberg Library: from Bachelor to researcherLibraries in higher education have always had to focus on training their users.
