Számos fejlesztésen esett át az SZTE Klebelsberg Könyvtárában működő tudás- és adatorientált digitális döntéstámogató rendszer az elmúlt években. A folyamat egyik fontos állomása volt, hogy a meglévők mellé új adatforrásokat csatornáztunk be a Power BI adatvizualizáló analitikai eszközök mögé. A célunk az volt, hogy egy többfunkciós, az állományszervezésben,a rekordjavításoknál, az adatszolgáltatásokhoz kapcsolódó feladatoknál és a PR-munkában is használható eszközt adjunk a kollégák kezébe. A tervezési szakaszban meghatároztuk, mely könyvtári adatbázisokat (és azon belül mely táblákat és adatmezőket) kell átvezetni a Power BI-ba, milyen lekérdezésekre és aggregált értékekre lesz szükségünk, illetve hogy a feldolgozott adatokat milyen diagramokon célszerű megjelenítenünk. Az előkészítő szakasz lezárult. Jelenleg a tapasztalatok kiértékelése és a rendszer finomhangolása zajlik.Kulcsszavak: adatvizualizáció, döntéstámogató rendszer, könyvtári statisztika, Power BI, SZTE Klebelsberg Könyvtár Data visualization in library management: developmentsin the decision support system of SZTE Klebelsberg LibraryThe digital knowledge- and data-based decision support system of the SZTE Klebelsberg Library has undergone numerous developments in recent years. An important step in the process was to add new data sources to the Power BI data visualization software. We aimed to provide colleagues with a multifunctional tool that can be used in library holding development, record clarifications, data provisionings, and PR work. In the planning stage, we have determined which databases (and which tables and data fields) should be transferred to Power BI, what queries and aggregate values would be required, and what charts should be used to display the processed data. The preparatory phase is closed.
