This study investigates the intricate relationships among job demands (JD), job resources (JR), work-family conflict (WFC), work-family enrichment (WFE), and psychological well-being (PWB) among nurses in the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir. Employing a dual mediation model, the research integrates both WFC and WFE, revealing significant disparities based on demographics such as age, caste, and geographical location. Quantitative findings indicate that higher JD correlates with increased WFC and decreased PWB, while positive JR enhance WFE and psychological well-being. Qualitative insights further demonstrate the nuanced experiences of nurses, highlighting the importance of perceived organizational support and coworker assistance. The results emphasize the need for targeted interventions to address systemic disparities and promote supportive work environments.
