In this study, relationship between workplace learning, professional development and leadership has been revealed based on past studies. Considering the results of the study, it has been determined by previous studies that these 3 variables are related to each other. It is one of the main results of the study that the attitude, behavior and style of the leader play an important role both in the creation of a healthy workplace learning environment and in the development of individuals` PD.
