Study was conducted to determine the social skills and the school adaptation of studentswith immigrant backgrounds to school in Hungary during 2021-2022 academic year.The research was carried with eleven teachers who work with secondary schoolstudents in Budapest. The research was designed in a quantitative design andthe data were collected using Walker-McConnell Social Competence and SchoolAdaptation Scale. Dataanalysis was done with SPSS 26.0 program.
