Digitalizáció a szakképzésben : A Szakmajegyzékben szereplő szakmák digitáliskompetencia jártassági szintjeinek felülvizsgálata

Szakképzés 4.0 Stratégia alapján a digitális készségek elsajátításaalapkövetelmény a szakképzésben is, ennek támogatása a Kormány kiemeltcélja. A Digitális Jólét Nonprofit Kft. (a továbbiakban: DJ NKft.) keretébenműködő Digitális Szakképzési és Felnőttképzési Módszertani Központban(a továbbiakban: DSZFMK) a Szakmajegyzékben szereplő szakmákdigitáliskompetencia jártassági szintjeinek vizsgálata a Magyar Kereskedelmiés Iparkamara és a Nemzeti Agrárgazdasági Kamara megbízásából előzeteskísérleti fejlesztésként valósult meg. A projekt célja a 12/2020. (II. 7.) Korm.rendelet 1. sz. melléklete szerinti 2021. 03. 01-jén hatályos Szakmajegyzékbenszereplő szakmák képzési és kimeneti követelményeinek elemzésével a szakmákdigitáliskompetencia vizsgálata a DSZFMK által meghatározott módszertanalapján. A módszertan alapját képezte a GINOP-6.1.2-15-2015-00001„Digitális szakadék csökkentése” című kiemelt projekt keretében a DJ NKft.által kidolgozott DigKomp Állampolgári Digitáliskompetencia-keret. A kísérletifejlesztés eredményei segíthetik a hatékony oktatást, értékelést, a minőségitananyagok, taneszközök elkészítését a Szakképzés 4.0 Stratégia céljainakmegfelelően.Kulcsszavak: digitális kompetencia, digitális kompetencia keretrendszer,DigKomp rendszer, digitáliskompetencia-profil, szakmai digitális tevékenység,digitáliskompetencia-készlet Digitalisation in vocational education and trainingReview of digital competence proficiency levels for professions in the Register ofVocational OccupationsAccording to the Vocational Education and Training 4.0 Strategy, the acquisitionof digital skills is a basic requirement in vocational education and training, andthe Government’s priority is to support this. At the Digital Welfare NonprofitLtd. (hereinafter: DJ NKft.) operating within the Digital Vocational Trainingand Adult Education Methodology Centre (hereinafter: DSZFMK), the digitalcompetence proficiency levels of the professions listed in the Register ofOccupations were tested as a preliminary pilot development on behalf of theHungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the National Chamberof Agriculture. The aim of the project was to analyse the training and outputrequirements of the professions included in the Register of Occupations inforce on 01.03.2021, according to Annex 1 of Government Decree 12/2020(II. 7.), and to examine the digital competence of the professions on the basis of the methodology defined by the DSZFMK. The methodology is based on theHungarian Digital Competence Framework for Citizens developed by DJ NKft. within the framework of the GINOP-6.1.2-15-2015-00001 priority project„Reducing the Digital Divide”.
