A 21. század új kihívása, hogy az ipar 4.0 követelményeihez igazítottszakképzési rendszert kell kialakítani. A magyar kormány által elfogadottSzakképzés 4.0 stratégia a gazdaság változó kihívásaira reagál, pontos képet ad ahelyzetről és felvázolja a tervezett beavatkozásokat. A szakképzés minőségénekjavítása érdekében valamennyi szakképző intézményben minőségirányításirendszert vezetnek be, amelynek elemei kompatibilisek lesznek az EQAVETrendszerrel, és azonos indikatív jellemzőket használnak, így az intézményektevékenysége és eredményei európai szinten összehasonlíthatóvá válnak.Az EQAVET magyarországi bevezetése során a digitalizációs követelményekminden önértékelési ciklusba bekerültek. Az intézmények és a tanárokértékelését és fejlődését támogatja a Digitális Névjegyrendszer (DNR), azinnovatív oktatási technológiák használatának elősegítésével megvalósulóhatékony tanulás önértékelési eszköze (SELFIE) és a DigCompEdu önértékelésirendszer. Digital Transition – Quality – Opportunities in EQAVETA vocational training system adapted to the requirements of Industry4.0 needs to be developed. The Vocational Training 4.0 Strategy adoptedby the Hungarian Government responds to the changing challenges of theeconomy, providing a precise picture of the situation and outlining the plannedinterventions. To improve the quality of vocational education and training,a quality management system will be introduced in all vocational educationand training institutions, the elements of which will be compatible with theEQAVET system and will use the same indicative characteristics, thus makingthe activities and results of the institutions comparable at European level.During the implementation of EQAVET in Hungary, digitalisation requirementshave been included in every cycle. The Digital Badge System (DBS), the Selfreflectionon Effective Learning by Fostering the Use of Innovative EducationalTechnologies (SELFIE) and the DigCompEdu self-assessment system supportthe assessment and development of institutions and teachers.Keywords: Vocational Education and Training 4.0; intervention, EQAVET, SELFIE, DigCompEdu, digitalisation, quality management https://doi.org/10.31915/NWS.2022.11
