This research explores international employees’ experiences in multicultural organizations in Budapest, Hungary. The aim of the qualitative research is to assess organizations’ diversity management efforts through their employees’ lenses. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with 13 participants who discuss their experiences. Participants’ feelings of inclusion, well-being and job satisfaction were revealed as the impact of the multicultural organizations’ efforts and diverse environment.
