This study aims to understand the experiences of international students in Budapest, Hungary, how they managed their life and studies during the pandemic, and how it affected their mental health. The findings of this qualitative research show that the pandemic and lockdowns have affected international students financially, emotionally, psychologically, and physically and all participants have dealt with the situation with resilience, utilizing their accessible social support and resources.
