Tartalmi leírás:
Although the economic structures of China and Hungary have many differences compared to each other, both societies have the problems of employment inequality in the labour market. It has applied many unequal practices to female employees. Integrating the outcomes of relevant literature review and interview attempts, the thesis has found out that such intersectional features based on gender as well as other features can truly result in discrimination and inequality in the labour market.
