The study deals with István Gyöngyösi's poem, the Csalárd Cupido, which was copied and censored in 1764 by György Surányi. I examine which one of the main versions of Csalárd Cupido can be found in the manuscript. My next question is what censorship itself means in this case, and I also try to discover the copier's considerations which led to the modification of the poem.
A dolgozat Gyöngyösi István Csalárd Cupido című költeményének Surányi György által 1764-ben lemásolt és cenzúrázott kéziratával foglalkozik. Tanulmányomban egyrészt vizsgálom, hogy a kézirat a Csalárd Cupido melyik főváltozatát örökítette, másrészt igyekszem bemutatni, hogy mit is jelent maga a cenzúrázás, s megpróbálom feltérképezni azokat a szempontokat, amelyeket a másoló a vers átalakítása során figyelembe vehetett.
