Tartalmi leírás:
The paper deals with some general issues of translation studies regarding theory and practice as well. It presents the conceptions of those scientists who were interested in the role of translation in the context of linguistics and literature. After presenting these ideas and conceptions the papers focuses on the problems of legal translations. To underline the character of these problems the author analyzes the translation of two Hungarian official documents into Romanian. The documents were written in the first part of the XXth century. The analyses presents terminological diffi culties and the impact of these on the elaboration of specialized translations.
