Az egyéni és szervezeti döntések vizsgálata az elmúlt évtizedekben lényegében folyamatosan napirenden volt a Vezetéstudomány folyóirat hasábjain. Az indulás óta több mint száz cikk foglalkozott a döntéshozatal sajátosságaival különböző nézőpontokból. Figyelemre méltó, hogy a döntéshozatalról szóló cikkek mintegy fele a 80-as években született, majd egy „csendesebb” évtizedet követően a kétezres években, úgy tűnik, ismét rátaláltak a témára a kutatók. A döntésekkel foglalkozó kutatások természetszerűleg számos tudományterületet érintenek, és ez a sokszínűség, multidiszciplináris jelleg a Vezetéstudományban is tetten érhető az elmúlt évtizedek publikációit áttekintve. Igaz, eltérő intenzitással, de a menedzsmenttudományok területén túl a szociálpszichológia, a pszichológia, a szociológia és az etika területéről is találhatók írások ebben a témakörben. A szerzők cikkükben a döntéshozatallal foglalkozó tanulmányokat dolgozzák fel, rendszerezik, és keresik a mögöttük meghúzódó jellegzetességeket, mintázatokat. Mindezek alapján arra is keresik a választ, hogy várhatóan a jövőben milyen kutatási irányok felé indulnak el majd a kutatók ezen a területen. ------ Research on individual and of organizational decision-making has been on the agenda of the Budapest Management Review for decades. Since its creation, more than 100 articles have been addressed decision-making from different angles in the journal. It is noteworthy that most articles dealing with decision-making were published in the '80s, which was followed by a "quieter" decade in the 90s. However, in the 2000s researchers seemed to concentrate on the topic once again. Decisionmaking researchers naturally touch a broad range of disciplines, and this diversity and multidisciplinarity have been present in the Budapest Management Review as well in recent decades. With various degree of intensity, one can found articles from the fields of social psychology, psychology, sociology, and ethics beyond different fields of management studies. In this article, the authors study and systematize the articles on decision-making and look for patterns behind them. Based on all of these, new research directions are also identified.
