A terrorizmus elleni hatékony fellépés vitathatatlanul fontossá vált napjainkban. A jelenséggel számos tudományág foglalkozik, amelyek különféle nézőpontokból közelítik meg. Az értekezés kizárólag büntető anyagi jogi aspektusból vizsgálja a terrorizmus elleni fellépés aktuális problémáját azzal a fő céllal, hogy a jogi értelemben terrorista elkövető(k) büntetőjogi felelősségre vonását megkönnyítse. Ennek érdekében az értekezésben a terrorizmus elleni büntetőjogi fellépést biztosító törvényi tényállások átfogó elemzésére, értelmezésére került sor a magyar és a külföldi (döntően német) jogirodalom és a joggyakorlat eredményeinek fel használásával. |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||| Effective action against terrorism has become undeniably important nowadays. The phenomenon is addressed by many disciplines, where it is approached from different perspectives. The present dissertation examin es the current problem of combating terrorism only from the aspects of substantive criminal law, with the main aim of facilitating the criminal prosecution of terrorist offender(s). For this purpose, the comprehensive analysis and interpretation of statuto ry facts providing for criminal action against terrorism is performed in this dissertation by using Hungarian and foreign (mainly German) legal literature and the results of case law.
