Bevezetés: A német rendőrségek minden évben készítenek a nyilvánosság számára bűnügyi értékelést. A Szövetségi Rendőrség tanulmánya az országos adatokat mutatja be a bűnözés területén jelentkező új mozzanatokkal.Célkitűzések: A publikáció a 2024. évi hivatalos német szövetségi rendőrségi statisztikát mutatja be. Az olvasó megismerheti a kimutatás összeállításának módszerét, az anyag fontosabb fejezeteit, számadatait, az előző évhez viszonyítás arányait. Szóba kerül az új kannabisztörvény hatása, valamint a nem németek bűnügyi helyzete. A publikáció bemutatja egyes speciális bűncselekmények százalékos helyzetét az összes eseten belül és ezek számszerű megoszlását.Módszertan: A kidolgozás alapmódszere a német bűnügyi statisztika, valamint egyes kapcsolódó dokumentumok, kommentárok tanulmányozása, elemzése. Fontos a bűnügyi statisztikai adatoknak az előző éviekkel történt összevetése, és ezen keresztül bizonyos tendenciák érzékeltetése.Eredmények: Az olvasó a bűnügyi statisztika területéről nagy tömegű hivatalos adathoz juthat, amelyeket összevethet saját ismereteivel. Olyan problémákba is betekintést nyerhet, mint a jelentős számú külföldi, nem német bűnözési helyzete, illetve egyes speciális bűncselekmény fajták egy másik országban történő jelentkezése.Konklúzió: A németországi bűnügyi viszonyok jelenleg alapvetően kiegyensúlyozottnak tűnnek. Nincsenek kiugró hátrányos adatok. A dokumentumok reális helyzetelemzést tükröznek, nem látszik a számok manipulatív értelmezése, a felderítési kvóták nem tükröznek túlbonyolítást. Néhány bűncselekmény fajta esetében, bár csak apró lépésekben, de folyamatos a helyzet romlása. Ezek megoldásában hosszabb távon változás szükséges.
Introduction: Every year, the German police forces prepare and publish their crime assessments. The Federal Police study presents crime trends at the national level, with particular attention to new trends and developments observed in the field of crime. Objectives: The publication presents the official German federal police statistics for 2024. Readers can learn about the methodology used to compile the report and the most important sections, figures and comparisons with the previous year. The paper also discusses the impact of the new cannabis law and the criminal situation of non-Germans. It presents the percentage of certain specific crimes within the total number of cases, as well as their numerical distribution. Methodology: The basic method used in the study was the examination and analysis of German crime statistics and related documents and commentaries. It is important to compare crime statistics with those of previous years in order to identify certain trends. Results: Readers can access a large amount of official data on crime statistics, which they can compare with their own knowledge. They can also gain insight into issues such as the significant number of foreign, non-German criminals and the occurrence of certain types of crimes in other countries. Conclusion: The current crime situation in Germany appears to be fundamentally balanced. There is no particularly negative data. The documents provide a realistic analysis of the situation, there is no evidence of manipulative interpretation of the figures, and the detection rates are not overly complicated. For some types of crimes, the situation is deteriorating, albeit only slightly. Long-term change is needed to address these issues.
