Millimeter waves propagation under the effect of the change in weather conditions have been concerned for a long run. This effect is the main reason that cause a limitation to the received signal power after an atmospheric event, usually rain have been investigated a lot since rain cause so far one of the highest attenuation at this frequency. On the other hand, effects occurring in this frequency range when the antenna is still in wet condition to when it completely dry are relatively rarely investigated. Each particular raindrop contributes to the attenuation of the signal. The amount of attenuations depends mostly on the frequency of that signal together with the size of the raindrop. Wet Antenna Attenuation (WAA) compensating has become an important aspect when estimating rain attenuation for microwave networks. Without WAA compensation, rain attenuation might be incorrectly estimated. Raindrops can cause not just by the rain itself but other weather conditions. In this particular research, effect to the received power cause by fog is shown by an measurement that occur on 2004, where a connected link is measured at 38 GHz.
